Dr. Raab specializes in non-surgical and surgical restoration of the cervical and lumbar spine with particular focus on the delicate work involving the nerve structures of and near the spinal cord. Dr. Raab commonly treats degenerative conditions of the spine and has extensive experience performing complex spine surgery, including failed spine surgery revision and spinal cord tumors. Dr. Raab also is well-accustomed to treating cases of traumatic spinal cord injury caused by work, automobile, sports, and daily activity accidents.
In addition to doing volunteer work operating on patients from disadvantaged countries, Dr. Raab is an avid reader and collector of history, particularly of the World War II and American Colonial eras. He enjoys running, playing tennis, and traveling to history-related events and historical sites with his wife, Jennifer, and their two sons.
