There are several procedures for pain management performed at Oasis Orthopedic and Spine. These are typically minimally-invasive or non-surgical techniques that will help alleviate acute pain and discomfort.

BURSA
INJECTIONS

Bursa injections relieve inflamed bursa and significantly decrease correlated pain.

CAUDAL
EPIDURAL

Caudal epidurals treat lower back or limb pain from herniated discs, sciatica, or other back conditions.

DISCOGRAM OR DISCOGRAPHY

A discogram is a diagnostic study used to identify the source of pain in the lower back or extremities.

EPIDURAL STEROID INJECTIONS

Epidural steroid injections are used to treat many forms of lower back or leg pain, such as sciatica.

FACET JOINT
INJECTIONS

Facet joint injections are used to provide pain relief in the facet joints of the spine.

NERVE
BLOCKS

Nerve blocks can treat pain by numbing nerves at the root cause of pain.

RADIOFREQUENCY ABLATION (RFA)

RFA is a treatment that uses an electrical current to heat nerves,  reducing pain signals from the area.

SACROILIAC JOINT INJECTIONS

Sacroiliac joint injections are used to treat sacroiliac joint pain in the buttocks, back, or one or both legs.

STEROID
INJECTIONS

Steroid injections are common anti-inflammatory treatments used to reduce back and joint pain. 

TRANSFORAMINAL EPIDURAL INJECTIONS

Transforaminal epidural injections are placed at epidural space of the nerve root to treat pain in the lower back and legs.
